Upon receipt of an unsolicited proposal, DJFS will provide email confirmation of receipt to your organization. Receipt of a proposal by DJFS does not in any way constitute a funding offer, or implied funding offer, or promise of any kind by DJFS to purchase proposed services.

Your proposal will be evaluated for compatibility with current DJFS service needs. Your organization will receive written notification of the outcome of this review within 60 days of proposal receipt. If your proposal is selected for funding, you will receive a contract offer, which will include a contract amount, effective dates, services to be purchased and a listing of additional items to be submitted. Any and all contract offers are contingent upon DJFS funding allocation levels from the State of Ohio and subject to approval by Summit County Board of Control and Summit County Council.
