Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) and Prevention, Retention, and Contingency (PRC) services are delivered to the community through local non-profits and organizations which contract with Summit County Department Job and Family Services (SCDJFS) to deliver the services. Contracted providers work with SCDJFS on the application and eligibility process in order to deliver services to TANF eligible households. Contract providers must abide by all contractual limits and deliver services per the Summit County PRC plan which defines eligibility for households and services which may be offered.
