We have seen recent activity that leads us to believe criminals could be targeting your SNAP benefits. To protect your benefits, please take steps to change your PIN as soon as possible. You can do this by contacting cardholder services using the number on the back of your EBT card, by going online at https://www.connectebt.com/, or by using the ConnectEBT app.

One of the best ways to protect your SNAP benefits is to download the ConnectEBT app from Conduent, Inc. and use it to manage your benefits. Please consider using the Card Lock/Unlock feature on the app, which allows you to utilize the card only when you are actively making a purchase. In order to help protect your benefits, use a hard to guess PIN number and do not reuse an old PIN number when you activate your card.
