Your Ohio Works First (OWF) cash benefit will load automatically onto your EPPICard each month. You can use the EPPICard anywhere that accepts Mastercard or at an ATM. Visit EPPICard or call 1.866.320.8822 (24 hours a day, 7 days a week) for the following customer services:

• to check your balance
• to select or change your PIN
• to report a lost, stolen, or damaged card
• to review your transaction history
• to ask questions about card use
• to disagree with a transaction
• to get notification of deposits

Please note that you can make ten free calls to check your balance and review your transaction history. After your tenth call, you will be charged $0.25 for each additional call made during that month. The charge will be subtracted from your balance.
